A highly charged, thriving restaurant filled with a dynamic, emotionally passionate staff – a diverse band of brothers - wherein true friendships have been forged and bitter rivalries are played out – this is an anarchic exhilarating ensemble drama. Jojo’s life is Raw, the thriving Dublin restaurant where she works as a commis chef. She has finally found the perfect outlet for all her pent up energy - she loves the camaraderie, the intense adrenaline buzz of life in a restaurant and, most of all, working there has awakened a passion for food and cooking that she never knew she had. But nothings perfect; Tanya, the restaurant manager is stressed; Tanya''''s husband and head chef Mal, is a wayward – very wayward at present - genius; sous chef Geoff is Australian, gay and a hard taskmaster; Pavel is the shyest Czech in the country; Tiny the silent Nigerian porter is huge. And then there''''s Bobby… flatmate, best friend, Raw''''s head barman and Dublin''''s chief womaniser, who now seems to be falling for student waitress Rebecca. Could this be jealousy, Jojo? Then Shane, Jojo’s “sensible” brother turns up in a state. The delicate balance is tipped and thus commences a chain of events that nobody could have ever predicted…
