• How do I register?
If you wish to register go to the log in section and select the register user account button. Fill in your details and we will be in touch with a user name and password so that you can access your account.

• Can anyone register for the site?
Our site is primarily for buyers, broadcasters and producers from all over the world. Broadcasters can view full-length epirodes, create play-lists, order screeners and download all transmission deliverables.

• I have forgotten my password for the website.
On the log in section select the forgotten password button – you will then be prompted to input your email address. We will email you your password.

• How do I screen a programme online?
Find the programme you wish to screen. Once you’ve clicked on the programme you want to screen select the ‘Play Trailer and Episodes’ button. The programme will automatically upload. You can also select the 'Screen This Now' button from search result lists.

• Where do I find Sales Reports for my programme?
All reports are available from the PRODUCER REPORTS section situated on the left hand side of the website. Once in the reporting section you can search by a number of variables.

• Where do I find out who has screened my programme?
All of this information is available in the REPORTS section.

• Who do I contact to speak about Sales?
Our sales managers and executives are all allocated a specific territory. For more details see the CONTACT US section where details of the sales team and their territories is available.
