The second series of Marley’s Ghosts brings more misadventures for Marley Wise (Sarah Alexander) and her three deceased companions; husband Adam (John Hannah), lover Michael (Nicholas Burns), and local vicar (Jo Joyner).
In an attempt to make a fresh start Marley is moving house, and across six episodes, she and her ghosts face a whole host of trials and tribulations as they come to terms with living under the same roof.
But with a new neighbourhood comes new neighbours and new problems. And it’s not just her spectral sidekicks Marley is having to deal with this series, her wayward sister Abby (Juilet Cowan) and her rebellious niece (Ella-Rae Smith) seem determined to hamper her happy home too.
To cap it all, Marley is on the lookout for a more permanent and solid man in her life - one who’s actually alive. But Adam and Michael have every intention of stopping that happening.
It seems that despite the interference of her ghosts Marley is still trying her best to work, love and, most importantly, live.
